Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, the same days as you order, and although orders often arrive the next day please allow at least 3 days from dispatch for delivery within the UK.

Packaging:

 At Ukphonesales.com we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email Sales@Ukphonesales.com for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. Ukphonesales.com reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

 Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods

 If you are not happy with your purchase or the item is faulty/incorrect please E-mail us at SALES@Ukphonesales.com  telling us what the problem is and quoting your order number. We will then E-mail you back telling you what to do. Please do not send the goods back until instructed to.

When returning a item we strongly suggests that all customers obtain a proof of postage or for higher value items send them by recorded or registered post therefore if the Royal Mail do loose any item you can then claim for it against the Royal Mail as we do not accept liability for returned items that are not delivered.

Please note we do not refund postage unless an item is faulty.

Warranty/Guarantee periods 

 All goods are guaranteed for the following periods :-

 Original accessories :- Guarantee is with us for 28 days. Afterwards 11 months guarantee as provided by the manufacturer (Please keep your receipt as proof of date of purchase). In the unlikely event of a fault you should return the item directly to the manufacturer.

 Non Original Accessories :- Guarantee is with us for 6 months only. In the unlikely event of a fault you should contact us directly with a note of your order number. Please do not send the goods back until instructed to.

 Lost Delivery’s

 If your delivery does not arrive within 7 days please E-mail us at  SALES@Ukphonesales.com quoting your order number.

Please note that no liability will be accepted for lost delivers when an incorrect/incomplete address and/or postcode has been provided.

Due to the high loss of parcels sent to Colleges, University’s & Hospitals we will no longer accept responsibility for undelivered parcels sent to these institutions if in doubt please provide a secure residential or business address to send items too.

We will not accept any liability for missing orders that are not reported as missing  within 28 days of ordering.

Returns & Refunds

We will only accept items for a refunded that are returned within 28 days, and are unused and in there original packaging. We aim to issue a refund within 3 working days of receipt of any returned goods.

Please note that as our stock changes daily photos are for example only and meant as a guide not as the exact item you will receive.

Non Original Accessories

 Please note that all accessories are non Original unless it is clearly stated that they are Original in the description text and/or title.

Batteries

While most of our stock is brand new we reserve the right to supply Grade A batteries if new is not available - Grade A Batteries are taken from 14 day retail phones that have been briefly used. They have been tested to original manufacturers spec and are in perfect working order. They may have minor barely visible cosmetic marks. They are great value over non genuine batteries.

Order History.

Please note that order history is only available for 12 months after you order after this period all orders are archived.

Freepost Address

We reserve the right to bill for the use of our Freepost address when retunring goods.

Waste Batteries and Accumulators Regulations

Under the Waste Battery Regulations, Ukphonesales.com are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person (please do not post) to arrange this please call us on 01564-777231. Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com
Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End-users may find stores in their local area more accessible.

WEEE Regulations:

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment.  The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK. Recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. 
We are obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us. Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol and be disposed of separately from normal household waste. Please call us to arrange this as WEEE should not be returned to our Freepost address we will provide a seperate address for this.
