Delivery schedule:

We try to process all orders, where possible, within 12-24 hours. Whilst most items will be despatched within one working day, and often arrive the next day please allow 3 days from dispatch for delivery within the UK

Payment:

We accept payment by Credit/Debit Card, Cash, Cheques & PayPal.

Privacy Policy:

We will not sell your details or share your details with any third party.

E-mails :

We only keep copies of E-mails for a maximum of 3 months.

Packaging:

At UK Phone Sales, we want you to receive your purchase in the same great condition it left us. We use only good quality, new materials for packaging and take great care to insure that happens. We too buy online and can assure you NO ONE takes better care of your purchases. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged due to our negligence, simply return the item and a replacement will be mailed out within one working day, free of any charge.

Deliveries to UK mainland (inc. Northern Ireland)

For UK mainland deliveries, postage will be charged at cost PLUS a small fee for packaging and handling. The postage cost per item should be shown along side the item description, if it is not, please email UK Phone Sales for a quote. Items mailed within the UK will normally be sent first class. Heavier items may be sent Parcel Force 48 hour and will normally be insured for the full replacement value of the item. If a buyer requires enhanced insurance, Special Delivery or an expedited service please email the above for a quote BEFORE placing your order. UK Phone Sales reserves the right to replace any of the above services, without notice, for a similar or enhanced service, where we deem it to be more appropriate.

Incorrect, Faulty or Damaged Goods

If you are not happy with your purchase or the item is faulty/incorrect please E-mail us at sales@ukphonesales.com telling us what the problem is and quoting your order number. We will then E-mail you back telling you what to do. Please do not send the goods back until instructed to.

When returning a item we strongly suggests that all customers obtain a proof of postage or for higher value items send them by recorded or registered post therefore if the Royal Mail do loose any item you can then claim for it against the Royal Mail as we do not accept liability for returned items that are not delivered.

Please note we do not refund postage unless an item is faulty.

Warranty/Guarantee periods 

All goods are guaranteed for the following periods :-

 Original accessories :- Guarantee is with us for 28 days. Afterwards 11 months guarantee as provided by the manufacturer (Please keep your receipt as proof of date of purchase). In the unlikely event of a fault you should return the item directly to the manufacturer.

 Non Original Accessories :- Guarantee is with us for 6 months only. In the unlikely event of a fault you should contact us directly with a note of your order number. Please do not send the goods back until instructed to.

Lost Delivery’s

If your delivery does not arrive within 7 days please E-mail us at sales@ukphonesales.com quoting your order number.

Please note that no liability will be accepted for lost delivers when an incorrect address and/or postcode has been provided.

We will not accept any liability for missing orders that are not reported as missing  within 28 days of ordering.

Photos

Please note that as our stock changes daily photos are for example only and meant as a guide not as the exact item you will receive.

Non Original Accessories

Please note that all accessories are non Original unless it is clearly stated that they are Original in the description text and/or title.

Batteries

While 90% of our stock is brand new we reserve the right to supply fully tested 14 day stock if new stock is not available.
